Each customer is precious and important to us, so ensure you can receive your package, we drafted the Resend Policy for

you. But before it, please understand that we can’t control anything for shipment.

If you can’t receive your package, and you are with one of following conditions:

1.If items you received are not fit for you, no exchanging, only resending with $15usd shipping fee.

2. If the declared shipment time is less than 30 days or equal 30 days, and it has been more than 30 days since you could rack the package on-line, please contact us, and then we will resend you the package at once.

3. If the declared shipment time is more than 30 days, and it has been more than 60 days since you could track the

package on-line, please contact us, and then we will resend you the package at once.  

4.If the package is getting lost or seized by the customs.please contact us, and we will resend the package to you for free,

and make sure you get it.

 

Where i can see the “declared shipment time”?

When you are on checkout page, then choose the shipping method, you can see the declared shipment time that follows

the shipping method. Normal shipping and DHL have the different declared shipment time.
